The Affordable Care Act was passed by Congress and signed into law by the President in March2010. One key feature of the law was that affordable health insurance exchanges or marketplaces(like MNsure) would be set up in every state. This will allow residents to compare health plans,get their questions answered, find out if they qualify for tax credits or health programs, andenroll in a health plan. Workplace violence is a serious problem in health care and one of greatconcern to most if not all health care organizations nationally.
