The scenario mainly revolves around Sarah, a healthcare professional working in a busy hospital setting. For over a decade, Sara has been dedicated to her nurse role and has shown a strong commitment to patient care and professionalism. However, in the past few months, there has been a sharp decline in Sarah’s performance, and her communication and relationship with her colleagues have declined. 

Sarah’s personal life has been changed and she is facing multiple challenges including her recent divorce which has left her emotionally drained and she is struggling to maintain a balance between work and life. This affected her conduct at work and this resulted in conflicts and increased tension between her seniors.
